Mâcon Azé Red

Character : Made from Gamay grapes, this cherry-colored wine with a purplish sheen expresses aromas of red and black berries (redcurrant, blueberry), with a hint of undergrowth and mushroom.
With age, it develops prune and pepper aromas. On the palate, it's full of vitality and spirit, fleshy and spontaneous.
Lively and delicious, a little hard and full-bodied in its youth, it becomes softer and smoother with age.

Food pairing: This fragrant, lively wine is the perfect accompaniment to fine charcuterie, such as hams, terrines and pâtés.
It goes perfectly with meats such as rabbit and boiled or braised beef, and will lend liveliness and allure to homemade hamburgers and tapas.

Serving temperature: To be served between 14 and 15°C.
