Burgundy Aligoté
Character : As the appellation suggests, this wine is made from Aligoté grapes. Pale gold in color, it has a well-balanced taste, with a fruity (apple, lemon) and floral (acacia) bouquet.
Temperature control in the vat during fermentation keeps the wine fresh. On the palate, it's greedy, energetic and stimulates the taste buds.
Wine and food pairing: Traditionally known as the base for the famous Kir Bourguignon, this grape variety is just as good without additions. It goes perfectly with grilled fish and goat's cheese.
Its liveliness and citrus notes also stand up well to the iodine of oysters.
Serving temperature: To be served between 12 and 13°C.
