Mâcon Azé

Character : With its golden color approaching that of fresh hay, this fruity, gourmet wine reveals aromas of yellow fruit (peach, nectarine...) and a slightly lemony finish. Temperature control in the vat keeps the wine lively and fresh, yet full-bodied. It plays on finesse and suppleness with a tender, spontaneous side.

Wine and food pairing: As an aperitif, of course, but its jovial character, combined with its liveliness and roundness, makes it a perfect match for a mixed salad, poultry or veal in sauce, or grilled fish.

Serving temperature: Best served between 11 and 12°C.
