Crémant de Bourgogne blanc de blanc

Character : Made from Chardonnay grapes, this white-gold effervescent with fine bubbles is perfumed with white flowers, citrus and green apple.
Over time, the aromas evolve with notes of stone fruit such as apricot, peach and toast.

Wine and food pairings: Although this Crémant is often drunk as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to a meal.
Crémant blanc de blanc also goes well with scallops or river fish, and of course, with a chocolate or red fruit dessert.

Serving temperature: Serve between 7 and 10°C.
