Bourgogne Pinot Noir la Cadole
Character : With its deep ruby color, this wine, aged in oak barrels for 12 months, fully expresses aromas of coffee beans, ripe black cherries and even vanilla on the finish.
It's a wine with pleasant tannins and body, but without excess, that won't mind cellar ageing, quite the contrary.
Wine and food pairing: This wine is a perfect match for grilled red meats or red meats in sauce, and will stand up to very lightly spiced cuisine. It will also surprise with savory/sweet dishes (duck à l'orange, tajines...).
It also goes very well with cheeses such as mature soumaintrain, farmhouse reblochon and morbier.
Serving temperature: To be served between 14 and 16°C.
