Bourgogne Pinot Noir Clos Saint Germain

Character : With its deep ruby color, this wine evokes raspberries, strawberries and cherries. Aged 12 months in oak, it reveals undergrowth, spicy tobacco and cocoa bean aromas.
On the palate, it's a full-bodied, richly fruited wine with a lovely roundness and fleshy ripeness.

Food & wine pairing: This wine is a perfect match for grilled red meats, offal in sauce, kidneys, beef tongue, and all meats in sauce such as boeuf bourguignon or coq au vin.

Serving temperature: To be served between 14 and 16°C.
