Burgundy Pinot Noir

Character : With its crimson color, this wine develops aromas of red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry) evolving towards cooked prune and peppery nuances. Structured and round on the palate. Its tannins and fruit hold together well.

Food & wine pairing: Pairs well with vegetable salads, meat pies, poultry or pot-au-feu. It's the ideal partner for fish lovers and roast veal.

Serving temperature: To be served between 12 and 14°C for young wines, 14 to 16°C for more mature wines.
