Burgundy Passetoutgrain

Character: A blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes, this mauve, fuchsia-tinged wine expresses fresh, fruity aromas with notes of red fruit.
On the palate, the Gamay provides smoothness and serenity, bringing fruit to the palate. The Pinot Noir is well grained, with aromas of undergrowth, game and cherry brandy.

Food pairing: This wine is perfect with fine charcuterie and cured ham. It's also the ideal companion for snacks, mâchons, country buffets and barbecues.
It also goes well with soft cheeses and Camembert.

Serving temperature: To be served between 12 and 13°C.
